BlueLine Mods is operated under the legal entity and authority of Community Driven Experiences Inc., a registered company that oversees all operations, legal compliance, payment processing, and business affairs for BlueLine Mods.

Receipts are issued by Paddle and sent to your email. BlueLine Mods is not responsible for lost or misdirected receipts. Check your spam folder or Paddle account for receipts.

5. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

5.1 Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: All digital good sales are final. BlueLine Mods does NOT offer automatic refunds. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BlueLine Mods management and are NOT guaranteed.

5.2 Refund Request Process

Refunds are NOT automatic and must be requested manually. To request a refund:

  1. Email refund@bluelinemods.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your Purchase ID in the email body
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of your refund reason
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for a response
  5. BlueLine Mods will review and respond to your request
  6. If approved, refunds are issued within 3-7 business days after approval

Note: Simply downloading or using a mod does NOT entitle you to a refund. All digital goods are final sale.

5.3 Refund Non-Eligibility

The following are NOT refundable under any circumstances:

For developers: BlueLine Mods retains all platform commissions (15%) from sales. Platform commissions are never refunded, even if a customer refund is granted. Developer payouts are based on net sales after refunds are deducted.

Revenue Share: BlueLine Mods retains a 15% commission on paid mod sales. Developers receive 85% of the sale price after all payment processing fees.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT: All mods, scripts, and assets uploaded by developers are provided "AS-IS" without warranty. BlueLine Mods:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUELINE MODS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of BlueLine Mods.

  2. Mediation: If unresolved, we may pursue binding arbitration
  3. Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through final binding arbitration, not court litigation
  4. Cost Allocation: Each party bears their own costs unless arbitration rules specify otherwise

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
