BlueLine Mods is a subsidiary of and owned and operated by Community Driven Experiences Inc. (CDE Inc.)
BlueLine Mods is operated under the legal entity and authority of Community Driven Experiences Inc., a registered company that oversees all operations, legal compliance, payment processing, and business affairs for BlueLine Mods.
2. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to BlueLine Mods ("Platform," "we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") and Privacy Policy ("Privacy") govern your access to and use of blueline mods.com and all associated services, features, and content.
By accessing or using BlueLine Mods, you:
- Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
- Confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Understand that we may update these Terms at any time
- Agree to review these Terms periodically for changes
- Accept our Privacy Policy and data handling practices
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
3. User Accounts & Conduct
3.1 Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Providing accurate contact information
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

- Engage in fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Upload content you do not own or have rights to distribute
- Circumvent payment systems or attempt chargebacks
- Engage in spam, phishing, or social engineering
- Share or sell accounts or payment methods
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the Platform
4. Payment Processing & Billing
4.1 Payment Processor
Payments for BlueLine Mods are processed through Paddle, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Providing accurate billing information
- Authorization of payment via your selected method
- Compliance with Paddle's fraud prevention measures
Payment information is encrypted and never stored on BlueLine Mods servers. For payment issues, contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/contact.
4.2 Pricing & Currency
- Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices may change at any time without notice
- Additional taxes may apply based on your location
- Currency conversion fees may apply for international purchases
4.3 Invoices & Receipts
Receipts are issued by Paddle and sent to your email. BlueLine Mods is not responsible for lost or misdirected receipts. Check your spam folder or Paddle account for receipts.
5. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
5.1 Refund Policy
BlueLine Mods may consider refund requests under the following limited conditions:

5.2 Refund Request Process
Refunds are NOT automatic and must be requested manually. To request a refund:
- Email refund@bluelinemods.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your Purchase ID in the email body
- Provide a detailed explanation of your refund reason
- Allow 5-10 business days for a response
- BlueLine Mods will review and respond to your request
- If approved, refunds are issued within 3-7 business days after approval
Note: Simply downloading or using a mod does NOT entitle you to a refund. All digital goods are final sale.
5.3 Refund Non-Eligibility
The following are NOT refundable under any circumstances:
- Mods that have been downloaded or used in any way
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Mods where the license key was shared or distributed
- Technical or compatibility issues (contact the developer)
- User error or inability to use the mod
- Purchases made through fraudulent means
- Mod-specific features the user didn't know about
5.4 No Refunds on Platform Commissions
For developers: BlueLine Mods retains all platform commissions (15%) from sales. Platform commissions are never refunded, even if a customer refund is granted. Developer payouts are based on net sales after refunds are deducted.
- Permanent account ban
- All licenses revoked immediately
- Forfeiture of all pending payments
- Legal action to recover chargeback fees
- Reporting to payment fraud networks
4.4 Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute:
- Contact BlueLine Mods support via Discord
- Provide your purchase ID and detailed explanation
- Do NOT dispute through your bank immediately
- We will attempt to resolve within 7 days
- If unresolved, follow Paddle's dispute process
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account termination.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Content Ownership
- BlueLine Mods Content: All original content, design, code, and graphics are owned by BlueLine Mods
- Developer Content: Mods and assets uploaded by developers remain the property of the respective creator
- Third-Party Content: BlueLine Mods respects all copyrights and trademarks of third parties
6.2 User Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute mods without permission
- Reverse-engineer or decompile protected mods
- Remove copyright notices or license information
- Claim ownership of mods you did not create
- Use mods for commercial purposes without license
- Redistribute mods on other platforms
6.3 License Grant
When you purchase a mod, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the mod for personal purposes only (unless commercial license purchased)
- Install and run the mod on your own systems
- Enjoy the benefits provided by the mod developer
7. Developer Accounts & Uploads
7.1 Developer Program
Developers may upload free or paid content to BlueLine Mods. To participate:
- Apply for a Developer Account via the platform
- Provide valid contact information and payment details
- Agree to our Developer Agreement and Content Guidelines
- Pass identity verification for paid content eligibility
- Maintain high quality standards for your uploads
7.2 Content Guidelines
Uploaded content must:
- Be original work or properly licensed for distribution
- Not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Be functional and meet minimum quality standards
- Include accurate descriptions and credits
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7.3 Content Moderation
All uploads are subject to review before listing. We reserve the right to:
- Request revisions or clarifications
- Reject content that violates guidelines
- Remove content after listing if violations are discovered
- Provide feedback and specific reasons for rejection
7.4 Payments to Developers
Revenue Share: BlueLine Mods retains a 15% commission on paid mod sales. Developers receive 85% of the sale price after all payment processing fees.

7.5 Developer Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate developer accounts for:
- Uploading copyrighted or unlicensed content
- Repeated quality issues or user complaints
- Violation of content guidelines
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
- Harmful or malicious content
- Community violations or harassment
- Failure to respond to moderation requests
Upon suspension, all pending payments are forfeited. Previous sales remain with the developers unless content was fraudulent.
8. License Keys & Security
8.1 License Key Usage
- Each license key is unique and non-transferable
- Sharing license keys violates terms and may result in revocation
- License keys are tied to user accounts for security
- Downloads are limited to prevent license abuse
8.2 License Revocation
BlueLine Mods may revoke license keys if:
- The mod is found to contain malware or harmful code
- The purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized
- The developer requests removal due to copyright infringement
- The user violates license terms or user agreement
- A refund is granted
8.3 Download Limits
Mods include download limits to prevent sharing and abuse:
- Default: 10 downloads per license
- Additional downloads may be purchased separately
- Downloads reset based on developer settings
- Exceeding limits may result in license suspension
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 Content Disclaimer
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT: All mods, scripts, and assets uploaded by developers are provided "AS-IS" without warranty. BlueLine Mods:
- Does NOT guarantee the safety, security, or compatibility of third-party content
- Is NOT responsible for any damage caused by mods (data loss, system corruption, etc.)
- Does NOT provide technical support for mod compatibility issues
- Is NOT liable for any consequences of using third-party content
Always scan files with antivirus software before use and use at your own risk.
9.2 Service Availability Disclaimer
- BlueLine Mods is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime
- We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
- Maintenance or updates may cause temporary unavailability
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUELINE MODS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damage to systems or third-party claims
- Any damages arising from use of mods or the platform
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase in question.
10. Privacy Policy

BlueLine Mods does NOT sell, trade, or share your data except:
- Payment Processors: Paddle (for payment processing only)
- Legal Requirements: If required by law enforcement or legal process
- Fraud Prevention: Fraud detection services for account protection
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, and security partners (under NDA)
10.4 Cookies & Tracking
- BlueLine Mods uses essential cookies for session management
- We use analytics (Plausible or similar) to understand user behavior
- No tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes
- You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings
10.5 Data Retention
- Account data is retained for the duration of your account
- Download history is retained for license verification (1 year minimum)
- Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days
- Log files are retained for 90 days for security purposes
10.6 User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request all data we have about you
- Correct: Update inaccurate information
- Delete: Request account and data deletion
- Portability: Receive your data in a standard format

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
12.2 Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of BlueLine Mods.
12.3 Dispute Resolution Process
- Informal Resolution: Contact us via Discord or email to resolve the dispute informally
- Mediation: If unresolved, we may pursue binding arbitration
- Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through final binding arbitration, not court litigation
- Cost Allocation: Each party bears their own costs unless arbitration rules specify otherwise
12.4 Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
